Terms of Service
Welcome to the ACM System. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before utilizing our forensic monitoring services.
1. Operational License
Arseto Tong grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the ACM System solely for authorized air conditioning monitoring and diagnostic purposes within your designated infrastructure.
2. Forensic Data Integrity
Users must ensure that all data synchronized from the ACM Mobile Hub is accurate and verified. Any intentional falsification of forensic evidence, including status reports or photo verification, may result in immediate account termination.
3. Role-Based Responsibility
Account credentials for Administrators and Operators are strictly confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your user identity. Unauthorized sharing of diagnostic metadata is prohibited.
4. System Availability
While we strive for 100% uptime, the ACM System is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance to ensure the integrity of the synchronization engine.
5. Service Limitations
- The system requires active GPS and Network connectivity for real-time telemetry.
- Historical breadcrumb archive is subject to the retention settings established in the Control Hub.
- Arseto Tong is not liable for hardware malfunctions in the monitored physical units.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend access to the ACM System for any violation of these terms or misuse of forensic data.
