The ACM System is committed to safeguarding the operational data and privacy of our technical workforce. This policy details how we handle the high-precision data collected through our diagnostic ecosystem.
1. Forensic Data Collection
To ensure 100% operational auditability, we collect the following diagnostic metadata:
- Precise GSP Breadcrumbs: Capturing technician movement during active Work Orders.
- Media Evidence: High-fidelity Before/After photos of AC units.
- Unit Identifiers: Encrypted QR signatures and technical specifications.
- Biometric Context: User credentials and role-based timestamps.
2. Atomic Synchronization
All data is processed through our native Atomic Sync Engine. During synchronization, data is encrypted in transit using enterprise-grade protocols and stored in our forensic-ready cloud repository.
3. Data Retention & Archiving
Diagnostic GPS breadcrumbs are retained according to the parameters established by your system Administrator (Default: 7 Days). Historical audit logs and job reports are archived indefinitely for contractual compliance.
4. Field Permission Transparency
The ACM Mobile Hub requires explicit permission for Camera, Storage, and Precise Location. These permissions are strictly utilized for the creation of forensic service evidence and field navigation.
5. Information Sharing
Operational data is NEVER shared with third-party advertising networks. Access to diagnostic reports is strictly controlled via our RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) shielding.
6. Infrastructure Security
Our backend environment utilizes rigid filtering and JWT (JSON Web Token) authentication to prevent unauthorized diagnostic leaks.
